This series of works uses cement, cardboard and hard cash. There will be smashed glass and an AI wasp in surround sound. It falls on Valentines day, at a time when it feels the world has forsaken love. I wonder how we can accept the success of hate and wealth and acknowledge this new post-love era? One in which we are all our own personal brands in a giant marketplace, competing to survive. Maybe I can let go of my hopes and dreams of silly leftwing utopias, and trust in the new human digital economy - grow my personal brand, be the next sugar mountain!
